Although the staff were very nice, even though somewhat absent, this general state of the accommodation was sad, dated and very much in need of updating and a thorough cleaning. The location was nice as there were several places to eat & drink nearby plus the Tram was 5 minute walk that delivers you to Old Town. But I would not want to stay there again or recommend it.

Edinburgh House was a sufficient hotel that was more akin to a boarding house. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and sufficient but a lovely old building that was very rundown.

Why are you listing this property. No facilities no options . A converted rundown old building. With nothing to write home about. Overpriced and ancient.

The staff were helpful at check in. Unfortunately the room was awful. Half the lights didnt work, the tv didnt work. All the light switches were covered in something greasy. There were dirty marks in the bath tub. The furnishings all needed a good clean and updated.

Liked closeness to public transportation. Good location. It was a very small bathroom. Therese suited us fine.

Great vintage charm!! Stayed in the family room (sleeps 4) Was nice that we were able to do a late check in (2AM). Quite area. 5min Uber to "The Mile". Would stay again. Thank You :)
