It is really closed to train station and most of the main attractions.

Our suite was very a taco restaurant that played music until midnight but didn't bother us too much. Staff super helpful, location brilliant! Rail link and buses fab! Would recommend

It’s definitely an older hotel. Maybe I didn’t read it completely but it feels a bit more like a hostel. It was extremely hot in the hallways and rooms. There’s an oscillating fan you can use though. The staff was very pleasant.

It was close enough to everything I needed, hence my selection of the property. I found myself needing laundry facilities, while none were conveniently available, the property did have selectable "pay for" laundry services

Great location that was walkable to the Royal Mile and transit. Staff was very friendly as well. Our room could use an update, it was looking a little tired and we found the beds to be very uncomfortable. The bathroom was in desperate need of a remodel. The half wall/door meant to contain the water in the shower would not seal properly which meant water would go all over the floor in the bathroom every time someone took a shower. To make it usable, we had to put extra towels on the floor to soak up the water.
