Chose this location as Expedia listed it as having laundry facilities. Upon arrival learned that there are no laundry facilities which was disappointing

Great location for getting to Murrayfield. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazingly we didn’t hear the wedding parties in full swing both nights we were there (my heart sank initially when I saw them). Rooms were nice and clean although could’ve done with some extra deep hoovering at the carpet edges next to wall. Would recommend. Particularly the staff. They were great.

On arrival after working all day I was disappointed to say the least that there was no hot water in the room, I was even more surprised by the reaction when I rang down to reception who said " oh did you want a "hot" shower ? we only have one boiler switched on today ! to be fair I would have liked the choice. In fairness to them they did give me the option to switch rooms but I just couldn't be bothered. I opted for the cooked breakfast, which was shocking, not freshly cooked and cold, but not as cold as the coffee which was in a huge jug and obviously been out since breakfast started. You could say you pay for what you get, but it wasn't even cheap. Terrible.

Hotel looks tired, most of the staff very chatty and helpful. Shower leaked continuously, hot water was cold in the morning but hot in the evening. Food average, beer was good.
