Excellent rooms. Great location if you’re okay with walking steps or roads uphill to close by Royal Mile. Lobby was under renovation which when completed should be great and easier for checkin and staff services.

This property is in an amazing location. It is super comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was ready of us and our child when we arrived with a toy and note. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

We understand renovations were going on, and clogged sinks, but we think it’s a fabulous place to stay.
