The front desk was soooooo much help. My husband booked the room for our anniversary and night of gaming for just us, no kids. At first we couldn’t get the tvs switched or the internet figured out and they came and helped and answered any questions we had. I’ll definitely be recommending when family comes to town.

It felt unsafe at night. There were unusual and suspicious guests that I never thought I would see staying there. One evening they were grilling food close to their vehicles and rooms. Probably because The hotel accommodation for grilling and picnic tables were occupied. But it was strange seeing them there. Another group of guests looked like DEA agents or some kind of law enforcement. They had sidearms on. And last but not least, a cleaning lady did not close our room door properly all the way. When we got back to our room from an errand, our door was half way into the door jamb. The tumbler did not enter its hole. We could push it open without the use of the room key.

We have decided to make Best Western in Edinburg our choice to stay when we visit my mother. The breakfasts are wonderful!

Ok so the hotel was decent from the outside I suppose but my room was so dirty and I asked MULTIPLE times as politely as possible for them to come in and clean it and they refused and instead of coming in themselves they handed me some sheets to change them myself.. and the tv remote didn’t work until 11pm when I arrived there after I persisted for them to fix it.. it just wasn’t a good experience at all I left covered in rashes and super upset!!! 😮💨😮💨

Great hotel! Loved the fact that at night they have a bar & karaoke. Amazing breakfast, HIGHLY recommend Miro! She was wonderful, very helpful, made my family feel welcomed. Staff was great! Kelly helped me at check out, answered all my questions.
I’d definitely book this hotel again.
