Property was clean. Rooms appeared to be well attended. The breakfast was very good featuring a waffle maker and fresh coffee. Beds were comfortable as well. The only annoyance was the pre register is useless in that you have to do it all again upon check in. Not a big deal, just annoying. It was a good stay and I would recommend you stay. Great price for the stay l.

My trip that I booked with this hotel ended very early. My family and I got to the hotel and wanted to enjoy some swimming since we do not have a pool. We like to spend the night away in hotels and the kids swim their hearts out. This is typically followed by ordering pizza and watching movies. A staycation most would call it. Not this time. When we got to the hotel the front desk lady was nice but broke the news that there was a $100 deposite for the room we booked. I’ve never paid for a deposite for a hotel. Usually that is covered in the price of paying for the room. Unfortunately, we had the no refund option so it was either lose our money or have fun and take care of the room. Easy option there for us. We got to our room dropped our bags and went straight to the pool. The pool area was the only nice thing about the hotel. When returning to our room, we entered the bathroom to rinse off. After shutting the bathroom door we found the door covered in mold. The inside and outside of the door. We then inspected the rest of the room and noticed water damage all over the wall and mold on the wall. We have 4 small kids in my family. Exposing our young ones to mold is not at the top of the to do list. So we took pictures, grabbed our bags, and informed the front we were leaving. My family and I will never stay at this hotel again

Sorry to inform you that 100 deposit mentioned on all sites may be you miss to read it. You are local and only 6 miles away from our property. You use the pool and room for almost 4 hours. We offer you room move but you refuse it so it shows that you came to use the pool. Guest who have issue they accept room move and stay.

The 2 front desk guy too rude dont know how to talk with a person always rude always saying “we can take you out of property for no reason” i believe they don't like kids, the cooles person is the hispanic girl from the front desk i don’t remember her name, the hotel is clean!

Hello Lusia, Sorry for issue you face. I collect all information this, about what happen and they are not rude couple times they request your kids that please diving not allow in pool also we request you too that drinking (beer) and food also not allow in pool area. You had a whole beer cooler with you in pool area. Than also its going on 3rd time that's why they warn you that if happen again we have to say that leave the property. We are sold out and other guest complain about it both issue many times. You have to follow policy where you go. In public place everyone have to respect each other. We had a video proof if you want it.

Unfortunately this property needs a lot of updates and more cleanliness.
