Your hotel rooms seem to be much cleaner than the last time we stayed (which was several years ago). We were pleased with the improvements made to the rooms.
The bed mattresses are too firm for my liking; however, that is just one person's opinion

Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire property. Will definitely return if we need to stay in the Eau Claire area in the future!

The accommodations were adequate. We came for a wedding and just needed a place to sleep for the night. Very expensive for us. We didnt use any of the amenities.

The waterpark and arcade were fantastic. The room was well stocked and clean. The man at the front desk was wonderfully helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a fun, clean place for the entire family! Lots of things to do inside and outside! Food is great, Arcade is fun and the pool is very clean and it’s actually warm!
