I love to stay at this hotel when my husband and I visit our daughter at UWEC. Easy to get to and close to shopping areas. They keep their rooms clean and up to date and the staff here are always friendly. The breakfast is very good, too.

This appears to be a very new property. Room was very clean and location was excellent.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional except for the toillets. The toilets are the lowests we have ever experienced in our lives. We might as well have been sitting on the floorr. I believe they were even lower than standard. I am handicapped so it was EXTREMELY difficult. Other than that it was a great hotel service, food, beds everything!! We will stay again

The hotel is nice and I would stay there again. Breakfast was adequate. Parking can be a problem on busy nights. I paid a super-high rate for the room because the hotels in town were full due to an event. There were multiple vehicles towing trailers that were taking up 3 spaces each to the point there were no parking places available. I was told to park at Target, which isn’t acceptable or safe. That’s where the vehicles with trailers should have been parking.

I had an easy check in and helped by a friendly staff. The lobby was well kept and modern. Pet friendly and enjoyed meeting some of the dogs.
The room was clean and fresh. The hotel is located near many retail, gas, and food establishments. It’s also easy to get onto the freeway. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for the Eau Claire Marathon.
It was all quite average. The staff were friendly enough. The room was clean enough. (A bit small) Nothing was leaking, no stains, the shower/hot water worked correctly. The drain in the shower worked properly. The fridge in the room was small. There was no microwave in the room, that did bother me. I found a microwave on the 2nd floor where the ice machine was located. I thought there was a pool/hot tub, there was not. That was at the OTHER Best Western in town. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30 but I needed to leave before that, so I missed out on breakfast. They did allow me to use their toaster to make a store-bought bagel. Most of the guests were runners with a big race the next morning so it was really quiet. Oh, there is a city-bus stop right where the parking lot is located. That worried me some about vandalism of my vehicle. Yeah, overall, average. Could have been worse, could have been better.
