We checked in late but called in advance to let front desk know. We are family of 4 and were flying out very early the next morning. We booked a room with 2 beds. The front desk didn’t mention at arrival that our room category was no longer available. We only noticed after carrying our small children into the room. When we called down to let them know the front desk tried to say we didn’t guarantee that room category even though my confirmation clearly stated it. We even paid more money to get the room with 2 beds. The room had a pull out bed but we were told that there wasn’t any staff to make the bed for us. We said we would do it ourselves if they brought the bedding. We had to call several times to get the bedding and waited well over an hour at 1am. They didn’t even bring pillows or a thick blanket.

Stayed twice at this location. Will book again however staff decides if you pay for parking. 1st stay staff let me park 2 cars for free. 2nd stay had to pay for both cars

The check-in/out staff was polite. The facially was well maintained. It was easy to find and in a fairy quiet location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! My room had a small balcony overlooking a quiet street with lots of green trees & I could even hear the birds from inside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Just what I needed!

This is a pet friendly hotel about 5 mins from the airport.
