Housekeeping is nice to ask if the room needs to be cleaned but they an be pushy. This happened to me and my 2 other colleagues who on on different levels.

Imo, this lodging seems to appeal to certain segmented budget travelers and that ain’t me — initial intention to book a place called Dorsett KAI TAK which they served the same abbrv. Dumbfounded that place isn’t opened yet however, there were some reviews about that property which is incredibly bizarre and borderline fake reviews as the property Dorsett KT hasn’t even been established for business. As for this one in KWUN TONG, KT again, the only thing I like about it was the cleanliness of the towels but everything is on the opposite end of the spectrum including bed comfort, size, ac, stained windows, nostalgic style corridor, the opposite of eagerness of front door concierge and the marlboro or equivalent of odor emitting from the front door area which provocatively rushing on you almost immediately when you step inside the property. The mental alarm just went on knowing that, ok this place is residing in a scrambled among industrial buildings and manufacture regions of the Kowloon Side of Hong Kong in a close proximity of the ferry port.
To conclude, I will never come back.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little dirty at corner spots but acceptable. Overall feeling is good and positive for the price they charged.
