Staff were trying their best to help, but unfortunately let down by cleaning and bedding being dirty, duvet and pillows were too stained to feel comfortable even with clean sheets. Walls are thin and I was woken up by next doors snoring.

wheelchair access requires improvement, having to gain access through the dining room having to wait for someone to let us in .

Easy check in, room is spacious and clean , bathroom is big. It’s hot in the room but they provided us electric fan when we requested.

Lovely sea view room but floor in room need levelling and new carpet also general paint job in room
