I was on the first floor and the hallway smelled of chlorine and it was a bit noisy. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The staff was very friendly

Which in return creates a need for more chlorine to be used, I do apologize that this smell and the noise levels were bothersome. We hope your next stay can be a 5/5!

Extremely nice property. We were in town for a Syracuse Law School graduation and they did a great job congratulating the graduates, complete with a photo area. Great breakfast, excellent room accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Out of all the hotels I have stayed at this is by far my favorite hotel to book and stay at. Staff is always so friendly, property is always so clean and neat. Makes me feel so comfortable!
