This property has restricted check in hours - only one hour a day! Didn’t get into Perth until late and as reception was closed, could not fill in the ‘required registration form’ (even though the booking was booked, confirmed and paid in full. As a result, the following day, the key cards were cancelled so could not access the car park or my room and my belongings until I had signed a piece of paper!
As for the room, the taps dripped, the walls are paper thin, the bathroom was mouldy, the bathroom tap had to be turned about 5 times to get water and the elevators ‘down’ button didn’t work.
Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else but here.

The receptions opening hours, after hours access and after-hours check in instructions are sent well in advance to our guest and advertised on websites. Depending on guest's situation our hotel is flexible. It is guest's responsibility to decided wisely whether our property is suitable or not for their requirements. Or else finding an alternative accommodation is optional. Any of mentioned maintenance issues has not been reported to us until now. I did not get to stay at the property and had to book another hotel. I also lost my money on the booking.
This is because they closed at 3pm and I wasn't due in from Darwin until 8om that night. After hours check-in fee would have costed more than the room itself.
No indication of this on the Site. A last minute text which I did not see until after the 3pm hotel closure for the day. And told about the late check in and fee etc. 3pm in WA was 1.30pm NT time.
Bad experience, will never book there again

Whilst this is great value for money there we're a few issues with our latest stay.
1, the security gate and door for after hours entry was left open most nights. I discovered the closing spring was broken off.
2. The Wifi was poor.
3. The televisions need updating as they would not pick up HD channels and are outdated.
4. Our microwave did not work.
I could not bring these issues to staff as the desk was not attended all day.
Price and location are excellent and I will stay there again.
