AC did not work well Buffet was really yummy

Arrived checked in and found room was not serviced and in a very dirty and smelly state. This trip was a surprise gift for my 9yr old daughter and we had to wait 3 hours until after midnight to get the room serviced . Tim the manager was exceptional in assisting, as was the housekeeper who eventually serviced the room. However, the other reception staff were very unsympathetic and unhelpful. Instructing us to find alternative accommodation as they were sold out and could not help - this at minutes to midnight on a Friday

There was a dog show next door that we weren’t made aware of, dogs everywhere. We were on the riverfront with no walking paths nearby, but across the river. The room next to us had a dog that cried and whined all night. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but this time sucked.

I felt gouged to be charged $13-14 for parking. If you can't provide parking spaces for your guests, don't build a hotel there. I wouldn't stay there again when I visit friends in Peoria. Breakfast was excellent.

Older property, not super clean, lots of families with unruly kids. So noisy at night!

I have stayed here many times in the past and I’m glad to see it is still as nice as it has always been! The staff was spectacular!!
