I was promised free breakfast and I was asked 100 for breakfast

Good Day Lindiswa Thank you for your review. Your booking was made for "room only" we do offer an option for bed and breakfast, but this is at an additional charge of R100.00 per person. We do have cereal packs in our rooms which guests are free to use at their own free will. Thank you very much

Very comfortable and welcoming accommodations, staff friendly and willing to help. Was a great experience and would definitely stay there on our next visit to East London

My bedroom door wouldn't close unless it was locked. I expected breakfast to be included in the price but it wasn't. Breakfast was an expensive 'extra'.

I am saddened by your review Susan. We went out of our way to ensure your comfortability and helped you print documents free of charge. Our house is 98 years old and as such, may have a few niggly bits that we cannot avoid. The door in your room was the original door of the house and I do not want to remove it. Furthermore, advising our breakfast is expensive without explaining what one gets for the price, is also a bit disheartening. I provided a dinner to you, which you left without bothering to pay for either. I am sorely disappointed.

Hartelijk ontvangst bij heel lieve mensen. Geweldige locatie met een heerlijk restaurant in de omgeving (Sanook) prima kamers.
