"This hotel was just okay, especially in comparison to the hotels available on the strip. The staff was honest, accommodating and so kind. There are some rooms that are more renovated than others, those are nice and worth it. The amenities in the rooms are lacking for a more modern hotel. However, the pool is fabulous, expensive but a really great time. That dj was so damn good, insanely talented!!!!!"

"Changed my reservation from Pyramid King to Dual queen, and they called an free upgrade. I don't know what was the upgrade, in fact it was a downgrade!!"

"The bathroom was out of conditioner and body wash. We requested more but did not get it until our last night there. We requested additional towels and they were brought to us quickly. There were no trash bags in the cans to replace bags we took out because they were full. The restaurant was “out” of several menu items. Starbucks was amazing! The pool area was great and staff there was very welcoming. The upper area where McDonalds is was smelly and nasty; looked and smelled like feces on the wall. I like staying at the Strat but the experience this time just felt different and not as welcoming."
