IT WAS CLOSED and FENCED!! WHY wasn't I notified that I had NO PLACE to stay after arriving late at night with flight delays. DISGRACEFUL!!

This property permanently closed but did not care to notify us . We landed in Seattle to find we had no hotels to go to.

When I got to the Quality Inn Bellevue on 05/11, the front desk told me the company already sold the hotel property to other real estate company. Therefore, the room I booked was no longer available. So, I ended up not staying at their hotel.

Property was not clean. Rooms were smelly. Water switch between hot and clod in shower in winter.
Will never stay again at this hotel chain.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly but easily distracted possibly under the influence of something. You can hear everything going on outside, other people talking, walking on the balcony to other rooms etc.
