The staff is rude. We were there during the extremely bad weather and we took cover under the area where they serve food and someone came out and said "I will let you stay for 5 minutes but this is for customers that are eating" There were no customers eating!!! I will never return.

The room wasn’t what is advertised. The carpet was wet, valet lost our car keys, rust on the doors, shower, needs to be updated.
