Nothing to complain about. Rooms were updated/ modern and very clean. Main lobby was under going renovations so it was a mess over there, very old and outdated looking, but again renovations were happening. Staff was extremely friendly helpful.

The rooms look so much better! The staff aren’t very friendly. The front desk gentlemen was soft spoken and didn’t give a lot of information. The housekeeping staff, you couldn’t get them to smile at all! My husband and I go every year, mostly for the jet tubs. It took and hour and a half to fill the tub. We might not be coming back again next year.

O hotel é limpo e aconchegante, a banheira de hidromassagem é ótima. Poderia melhorar no café da manhã, achei fraco e sem opção, não tinha nenhuma fruta.

I paid for a two bedroom suite, so I could have a pool party for my daughter. I bought bathing suits and swim supplies, only to be told upon arrival that the pool had been out of order for an extended period of time. The kids were devastated. There was nothing stating that on their site and I specifically rented this room and drive two hours for the pool. Not cool

Terrible. Lobby has broken glass. The pool was out of service our entire stay which was one of the main reason we booked this motel. Needless to say that was a huge disappointment when traveling with kids. Furthermore, I found it inconsiderate that the hotel staff did not make us aware of the pools status upon arrival. I feel like good customer service would be to inform the guest of major things like that so they are prepared. Nope! Had to find out by walking down to the pool. The phones next to the beds didn’t work. They were plugged in but no dial tone or anything! Ice machine didn’t work. The hallways and room smelled unpleasant… musty/chemical smell. The bathroom sinks in the room are way too low for a normal size adult so it’s awkward to use. The upstairs bathroom was worse.. you have to bend over to see in the mirror so basically useless if your trying to put in makeup or do hair. All of the lights are really obnoxiously bright in the room. Adding a couple pictures of the state of the room when we first got there… additionally they are currently under construction so there was some loud banging at times and the one way drive around the motel was blocked with cardboard, carpets, etc. which we had to move in order to drive around. The vibe was not cozy and comfortable at all and I would not recommend this place.
