Modern sleek and clean, dislike noises of the hotel, such as the door slamming, but that’s normal

Every employee seemed miserable, the rooms were disgusting to include a 3 foot pee stain on the mattress, the pool was over chlorinated, the rooms were small and poorly built. The shower door was impossible to close so every shower caused the bathroom floor to be flooded. The parking costs 24 dollars a day but if you leave and come back, even for 30 seconds, that costs you a full day. It was very convenient to be attached to the mall, but it's not 300 dollars a night levels of convenience. Look elsewhere.

Bartender is a scammer. I was exhausted from the trip and shopping. I stopped at the bar and asked for Kendall Jackson Chardonnay. He said the only wine similar is “ABC”. i drank a glass at the bar and then ordered two to go to my room and he brings me the bill. 27.00 for one glass, bill was 91.00! I couldn’t believe that he didn’t tell me it was the most expensive wine on the menu. He said I asked for KJ and he offered me the closest thing.. KJ is 11-20/bottle from the store. Most restaurants sell the bottle for 30-35.00. It reminded me why I said in the past I will not go back to Radisson Blu. I’ve been there 3 times, each time upcharged or scammed. Update: The next morning I went back to the bar and I asked the new bartender. What wine do you recommend that similar to Kendall Jackson? He said our Chardonnay are a little bit on the sweeter side so he would just recommend the house Chardonnay. The house chard is 8 dollars a glass. I told him what happened and he cringed and looked like he was embarrassed that his coworker was such a jerk. They asked if I wanted to talk to the manager and I said yes. I didn’t intend to ask for my money back because I know it was my bad that I was dumb enough not to ask how much the wine was.💲💲 The bar manager Michelle came in and I told her what happened. She stared at me with a steely eyed manager look and asked me my name and my room number. She said we will be removing the 102.00 bar tab from your room charges. TY Michelle!

I expected a more luxurious hotel because of its name and the price I paid. Front desk needs to be more friendly. I requested for an extra amenities but they did not bring it in my room. The only thing I like about this hotel is the easy access to the mall of America.

I came here with family. The hotel is connected to the mall which was very convenient. The theme park was great. My children had so much fun. Our room was very nice, we stayed in a suite.

All was great. Parking is the issue. We did valet parking and the pricing is outrageous. Be aware. We did not even get an itemized receipt for parking.
