Your staff is excellent at this facility. The bar services was amazing. Concierge service was really great as well. Facilities and grounds outside for under construction and dirty. Nothing horrible, Just normal construction issues.

Property is in a very sketchy area, half the hotel is going through renovations so there was a lot of construction work going on within the building

Front desk was very accommodating. Our room was not ready but she found us a room that was ready and we didn’t have to wait.

Great property near the airport and Mall of America. The staff and service were both excellent. It also has a good restaurant and the heated pool was a surprise perk. Enjoyed my stay.

They was do work on the hotel so the outside was not a good look The parking lot really needed some work.
