Hotel was nice, but No hand soap in the room. There is not a dining room in which it advertises. Wings, frys and hamburgers were your choice at the bar. Took over a hour to get our food, boneless wings. Instead of the boneless wings they were bone in. No ice at the bar. No coffee.The person at the desk this was very very rude. Will never stay there again.
The shuttle driver were absolutely wonderful. The only plus there!

Nice location to the airport. No real dining on site but you can walk to a nearby hotel and have a great meal at Urbana.

I have always like Hyatt Place. Room layouts are great minisuites. Breakfast quality is excellent and diverse. Staff here was friendly and attentive.
Demanding $10 to self park in an unguarded surface lot to go to some outside company for NOTHING! IS RIDICULOUS.
The bed coverlets were completely flattened. With wierd clumps of brown flat feathers which made them “look” stained even tho clean. Both bed the same. Cmon Hyatt replace worn out bedding.

Everything but Staff
It was a great room, and an amazing breakfast. Staff needs to be retrained. The front desk staff openingly and loudly complained about clients in front of us both at check in, and at breakfast. I myself had an issue, and rather than let me complete my sentence, or try to understand, the staff repeated, "everything is on our website. Everything is on our website, " until I gave up trying to express myself.
