I loved that this property. It was right next to Fort Snelling state park! It made for a beautiful walkable area.

It wasn’t very clear how to get the shuttle bus from the airport. Especially as I arrived late. I tried messaging to say my flight was delayed but did not receive an answer. Took a Lyft in the end. It was easier.

Parking rate was almost same as the airport. Bathtub drain plug didn’t work and couldn't get help to repair it. Hotel rate was high and didn’t include breakfast. Free shuttle service was very good

I do apologize that we could not assist you with clearing the tub drain in a timely manner. Our rates are competitive with similar hotels in the area, as are the parking costs with local airport parking businesses.

The room was very comfortable. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room. We brought snacks because there was an extra charge for breakfast but then discovered there was no microwave. I also think it's ridicules to charge your customers to park in your parking lot when they are paying a lot for the room.
