"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little squeaky but comfortable. Breakfast items were good and fresh. Good variety of foods. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!!"

"The pool was closed for repairs and no where on the site, did it state that. I booked it for the pool specifically. Also, breakfast was served on all styrofoam. Bad for environment. Had to go all over looking for bottle water. Breakfast states until 10 and they were cleaning up before then."

"Breakfast was non existent; rock solid bakery items and no toaster access along with cold coffee. Staff are useless when you tell them about an issue; they do nothing to try to make something work/right. Outdoor pool was freezing so we tried to go to the indoor pool but it was also not heated, and the hot tub was empty with the grids at the bottom of the tub duct taped."

"Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time. "

"Felt completely cheated by this place. The room was dirty, cleaning clearly not done. Food was awful — cheap, low-quality, and nothing like what you’d expect from a decent hotel. The room has an old analog TV with the poorest picture quality I’ve seen in years. Don’t be fooled by the photos showing a swimming pool and spa — they’re just bare minimum setups outside, nothing inviting about them. Bathroom supplies are cheap, half-empty, and look like they’ve been reused. If you’re traveling with family, stay away. Only book here if it’s a total emergency and you have no other options left"
