Clean room. Did not like Sunday breakfast ending at 9am, that's ridiculous. Room did not have face cloth (wash cloth). Cleaning lady did not speak English and did not have any in her cart. Front desk (limited English) had no idea what I was talking about. Had to use small towels as a wash cloth.

the mattress and pillows were the most cheap uncomfortable that ive ever seen at a hotel. truly sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. mattress was extremely firm like sleeping on a rock. got horrible sleep and woke up very tired after waking up to turn over many times at night due to pain. ive stayed at motel 6 for half the price with a better mattress and pillows.

Quick check in, lovely view across Eagle to the mountains. The recliner was comfortable but needed a deeper cleaning. The 3rd floor hallway had a smoke smell but that might have been one customer breaking the rule - not necessarily the hotel’s fault.

The advertised breakfast consists of cold cereal, coffee, yoghurt or instant oatmeal. The hotel looks like it's been partially updated but the bathroom was still original. It didn't feel very clean. The beds were basically comfortable and it was quiet enough. I would not have stayed here but it was for a necessary trip. Hopefully I won't have to stay again.

Dear guest, we also serve hot breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, hot sausages and pancakes and our breakfast hours are 6 am to 9 am. Your family arrived after 9 am past the breakfast hours and hence you missed the breakfast but even then we were kind enough to accomadate you and your family to eat cereals and other things way past the breakfast hours so please do not write false information online. You also had 5 people in the room even though you had booked a room with 2 Queen beds that allows only a maximum of 4 people but we do not even object to that.
