Stayed here in 2020 had a good experience. This time stayed the night over memorial weekend 2024 in room 202. Shower had large globs of long black hair stuck to shower walls, mattress was so worn out it had big indentions in it, felt like sleeping on a bunch of rags tied up in a sheet. That mattress needs thrown out ASAP. Main problem I had was we got to the room and went to sleep within minutes of getting there. About midnight I woke up unable to breath and was wheezing heavily. Noticed the bed and room was covered in cat hair, which I am highly allergic to. Spent rest of the night trying to sleep but couldn't do to shortness of breath. Next time up this way I will not stay here, informed desk person of our experience and she didn't seem to care, told us she would pass it along.

The toilet seat was loose and the connecting door to the other room bothered us a little but otherwise everything was fine

This was the worst place I stayed on my trip. It is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. There was a clicking noise in the bathroom walls. I had to sleep with earplugs. There were no tissues. I avoided the shower because it looked grungy. The breakfast they served was the worst I had on that trip. There was little selection. The yogurt machine was out of order. The pot for gravy was empty except for dirty water at the bottom. I have had good experiences with Best Western, but I will never stay at that one again.

No hot water in sink. Had to use tap in tub. Very frustrating.

I'm very sorry, we are aware that some of the sink faucets were installed with the hot water and cold water lines reversed, we are getting them corrected as we catch them.

It's not the property or this day it didn't unfortunately we didn't get to stay we had a motorcycle accident and we had to cancel bad bad situation I'm sure the property would have been a nice stay

Excellent restaurant- trailriders restaurant- next door was wonderful! Large rooms.
