Excellent location, very friendly staff, very good price. Only one thing I want to comment is that in my room on of the corners had a leaking spot.

The hotel was descent to the amount it charged. Comfortable ergonomics, friendly staff. Though at first we had problems when hotel tried to backcharge the money from the moderator, staff demonstrated good reaction and behavior.

Good staff and near center.

This hotel is having great location for duzce, The city center withen 5 min walk Staff very good the reciption girl spek good english Room lettel small but fine.

Night staffs don't understand english . I have asked them about Breakfast and they told Me tomorrow is finished but didn't relise they meant today's dinner is finished not Tomorrow breakfast . It was handy that i could speak third Language beside English & Kurdish so they derstood me and had breakfast in the morning . Happy ending.

Unfortunately the hotel rating in the website is 4 stars but in reality is not at all. Even the pool and other facilities were closed ...
