Location is good for me in Kaarst, a fair distance away from Dusseldorf. Pleased with staff service and hotel quality. Dinner menu too narrow.

The room was nice and clean. Queen size bed with small duvet (1 person). Breakfast buffet (included) was good, lots of choices and a carafe of coffee. Outdoor patio was available for seating. Staff was pleasant and helpful, despite my lack of German. There was a gate to parking at street. I was dropped off and picked up so there was a bit of a walk to hotel entrance. Overall, a pleasant stay.

AC is not cooling well.

Unfortunately the entire AC at the hotel had a technical problem which is solved now. We specifically looked for a property with ev charging and this hotel was offered. The night receptionist did not know about any charging station in the premises. The air-conditioning in the hotel room was also very warm even if we choose the lowest Celsius options, it was no use. Other than that, the room was okay.
