The bathroom has a bath and it is very dangerous to go in and out. Bathroom is small
Queue to check out, something that I never seen.
Instant coffee that is no comparison with other hotel that give nesspresso, vending machine unable to take cards
Really hard to get just a coffee in the morning

Check out ridiculous long, parking paymachine did not work, breakfast was ok, hotel was a zoo with amount of people

there is no shopping near by, for. ex. looked for a farmacy. And transportation takes time to get to the Altstadt and Messe.

Amazing Service
Posted 24 Mar 2023 on HotelsThese guys were just incredible. There was a mix up with the booking that could have cost me thousands of dollars and they treated me in the most sympathetic way possible. If this can be done during their busiest week of the year, then anything is possible. I can not commend the staff highly enough. I will always stay here when in Dusseldorf

Some of the rooms are old and some are new. The pictures show the new rooms only thus the normal price is for the old rooms but you do not know it till you get the room.
