I stayed for one night when I was in Dusseldorf for a concert. The hotel is an excellent pick - it is located right by a tram (U-bahn?) stop from which you can go directly to the HbF as well as the Mitsubishi hall. My room was very clean - perfect for one person. The curtain in the window did have a hole in it, but it honestly made no difference to me. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Suite we booked not available. Given basic room. Missing tiles in bathroom. Lift out of order. Bedside lamp not working. Curtains old and not attached to runner. Stained carpets and walls. Still waiting on Expedia to get back to us.

We loved the place .. the room was big and the bathroom was neat ..we will definitely come back
