All the staff are very nice. The edges of the bed are iron and sharp, they cut my thigh. The rest of the things were great, I like this hotel.

Shower head was broken in the room we checked in, but the staff quickly changed another room for us. Sound insulation is not the best.

Single room provided what I needed. Bed, bathroom, heating, WiFi. If you are looking for more than that then you might want to look at a different place.
