Good for a one nighter
Posted 3 Oct 2022 on HotelsThe rooms are fairly basic with minimal decoration and door handles which are very confusing to operate. The restaurant was closed.

Disappointed
Posted 5 Oct 2019 on HotelsWe arrived on the last day of our holiday looking forward to a nice evening meal, only to be told the restaurant was closed. This was a Friday evening and their own noticeboard says it is open from Monday to Friday. The reason I was given was that they only have one cook and he wasn't there. They also said on their adverts that they had disabled parking but they didn't. The rooms were in a separate building so we had to walk across the car park with our luggage. The girl on reception was very apologetic and I told her that I realise it is not her fault but I was very upset. Then, when we had been in the room for about an hour we found the floor was wet and the bathroom was flooded. The shower was running and the door had been left open. I reported it to the receptionist and she apologised again. There was no way we could change rooms as we needed ground floor. I asked her for some extra towels for us to walk on. The bed was extremely comfortable. Once I got over being so upset we had a good sleep, having had to get KFC delivered for dinner. Breakfast was fabulous. Glad about that as I was hungry by then. Its a shame because this had the potential to be a great hotel
