The hotel is in a great location for local restaurants and exploribg Durres. Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. When we checked in, there was no hotel information given to us at all and all of the times for breakfast/lunch/dinner and checkin/ out differed on expedias website, the hotels website, and at the reception desk which was confusing. It was also said that the hotel was accessible but it is not. There was no ramp when we arrived for a wheelchair, that we needed, and then the staff put out an unsafe plank of wood which was not fit for purpose. We requested an accessible room for wheelchair when booking and had confirmed this prior to arrival with the hotel (as was not guaranteed by requesting alone) - but when we went to our room the grab rail was brokedn off the wall and left on the bathroom floor, there was not enough room in the bathroom for my sister to mive her wheelchair and to safely transfer from her wheelchair to the toilet and no shower chair/ room for her to wheel into the shower. When entering and exiting the hotel, staff did not always reciprocate a hello/ bye so this felt rude and unwelcoming.

There was a front desk person and he was requesting me to pay 10 euro extra for parking when the parking it shows on expedia for free, I have 2 night to stay on that property and I bought some drinks the first night left them on the fridge for the second night and the cleaning people have cleaned all the drinks out of the refrigerator. The last thing I have to say is they were trying to make me charge 25 euro more then the price of expedia advertising. Thank you to expedia they have given me the extra money back. The shower was all mold and smells very bad.

Worst hotel on the entire planet

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING THIS HOTEL. We arrived to be told they had no rooms available and did nothing to find us an alternative. We returned the next day and they said they had a room but not the one we booked. The room was beyond disgusting - dirty, broken curtain poles, fire doors nailed open, dripping water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, shelves falling off in the wardrobe - simply appalling. The so called half board food is worse than school dinners and there is no customer service whatsoever, the staff are just rude. The next morning we went downstairs to see families sleeping in the bar area as they had also been told there were no rooms and others being told they needed to leave their rooms as they needed to give them to someone else. The additional service charge is also a complete joke -€25 pppn for nothing! The hotel also does not have any of the things it advertises…. No pool, no private beach, no beach cafe. It’s all lies. Needless to say; we left. They refused to refund our additional service charges and laughed in our faces!

Hidden charges and costs. Not worth what you pay.

Upon arrival you are told about service fees you must pay that I was unaware of. €25 per person per night, which included my 2 year old daughter and 17 year old sisterinlaw which on hotels.com were both classed as children. So this came up to €450 extra that I was not anticipating, plus another €33 card payment fee. Staff were so rude and clearly do not know the meaning of customer service. I paid for a room for 3, which was meant to include a double and one twin bed. I was greeting with one double bed and a sofa that wasn’t even a sofabed. One towel to share between us. No aircon most of the stay. Complete false advertisement on beach front, it is not a beachfront hotel. And does not have any sort of views! They do not have a private beach, another lie which I don’t understand how hotels.com is even allowing this hotel to be advertised on their site. They had no pool and told me it was “under construction” there just wasn’t one full stop. Food - I’m Muslim, when I asked about some of the cold cuts or meat that were being severed they told me that they did t serve pork at all then a few days later they actually had pork chops, so completely unreliable and now I’m not convinced I didn’t eat pork. There was a leak at the top of the stairs on the floor I was on so going up or down the stairs was such a health hazard and my daughter nearly dropped down them. Towels were dirty. Cleaners kept taking out our electric key card so we’d come back to a warm/ hot room.
