Staff were courteous and helpful, food excellent, cleanliness likewise. An older building which is well looked after. Good gar parking facilities. Certainly recommended.

Stumbled across this place when looking for a stop over after visiting our son get married in Scotland.. all staff are very friendly… special mention to Owen who greeted us… food was absolutely amazing.. excellent choice and portion size and good value.. fab location for Durham and surrounding areas… would def revisit if coming up this way again… fab stay

Brilliant 3 night stay

Excellent service and food was outstanding, really good choice for breakfast and menu. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they did everything to make our stay pleasurable.
