Lovely stay and nice to use the pool. Really appreciated the upgrade too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in an accessible room which was well appointed, though it would have benefited from a couple more accessible shelves as the drinking glasses were next to the toilet. Would have like a fridge in the room.
I felt the breakfast was too expensive but it was good.

Easy to get too with onsite parking.
Staff are very accommodating and the facilities are easy to access.
We stayed overnight and enjoyed a spa day following.
Would stay again

Not what I expected at all. The hotel was tired and very bland. No different than a travel lodge - other than price. Would not stay again. Disappointing.

Disappointing for the price.

Not impressed
Posted 11 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe location was very good, very central to the City centre and all the amenities. Room basic, no mini fridge. Staff not very helpfull, Much too busy to be dealing with customers. We were there for comedy dining, which in itself was amatuerish.. Food although tasty could have been better presented.
we had to queue to get into breakfast. We asked 2 seperate servers for an order of fried eggs. The 1st one told us she was not taking orders she was just stocking up, the 2nd one did take the order but we had finished breakfast before we got them. Not a place i would stay again. I would have had better service at the nearby Premier Inn. For 1/3 of the price. It was a shame as this was supposed to be a gift weekend for myself and my husband. Not impressed.
