i didn't get any housekeeping throughout my entire stay despite my repeated requests. black out curtain wasn't working and they wouldn't move me to another room and had to wait for maintenance to fix it. couldn't see a manager bec. wasn't in on any day

As promised, I have communicated your concerns with my leadership team and front-line staff. This unfortunate incident is not indicative of the outstanding service we provide to our guests daily. Based on our previous customer service scores, our lack of communication appears to be an isolated incident, and I can assure you that we will continue to strive to do better. Overnight stay for graduation. Excellent service and we had a late checkout with no issues.
