This was my 10th stay at the property, I noticed housekeeping is not as my past stays, you have to continuously ask for basic things that should be in the room like bath towels.

Posted 3 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe Hotel is well placed for families because the restaurants, casino, movie theatre are downstairs which is convenient. The rooms are clean and functional however, the cleaners need to pay attention to detail as there is noticeable black mildew buildup in the shower. Vegetarian breakfast must be requested although the chef frying the eggs seemed to take my request grudgingly.

Not what was expected, especially after paying R4000 for a 3 night stay

Great place to stay with your loved one.

Standard seaview 3rd floor accommodation
Posted 6 Nov 2023 on HotelsNot value for money. The rooms are not soundproof. There was old wet dust at the tea station. Breakfast was medoicre. The overall room cleanliness was quiet average. Rooms are tiny and definitely not a 4star accommodation. Very Disappointing.
