Very inconvenient. Waiting 30 mins to check in front desk not available, we’re looking for him. No towels available, front desk said they lost it because customers steal all their towels. Very very inconvenient and dirty. The worse hotel i know

Check in male weird, when making reservations advised of medical condition and requested ground floor due to medical issue and no elevator. When check in told bad news just gave out last room on ground floor and will have to use the stairs. desk Person didnt even care. Room shower drained very slow. Toilet ghosted flushed. Cont breakfast very poor and a joke

someone above our floor walked in the middle of night on a very squeaky floor the 4 nights we stayed there. I spilled water on night stand & cleaned it up & picked up a lot of dust. the carpets were very soiled-s/b steamed cleaned or replaced. The staff were friendly & helpful.

3:30pm room wasn’t ready and then it was no Kleenex killed a couple of bugs in the room lighting was for poor in the bathroom commode was very low
The juice machine didn’t work desk help was very not interested the microwave didn’t work in the room

Broken front door. Bugs flying around inside lobby. Broken tile in bath room. Neither the bath tub or the sink drained well. Roach or cricket in bathroom in middle of the night.
