The check in process was a long wait due to only one person working the counter on Memorial Day weekend. Not very friendly either. When we got to the room there was a sweater in the closet along with a candy basket that had candy and chip wrappers still in it. Then went to window to look out and saw two sausages from breakfast on the window seal with ants on them. Came back to the hotel from a night out and wanted to get two bags of chips from the hotel conveinence area and it took the front counter lady 10 minutes to charge me a total of $3.98 for the chips. The breakfast the next morning had biscuits that were not cooked all the way (they were so doughy in the middle). Just overall not a great experience and I won't be going back.

I have been in hotels almost every week this is the worst i have ever been in. My room smells wet musty moldy bed is already sank they just added a topper pilows are flat like there no more foam inside one of the pillow is wrapped in plastic like a hospital pillow for geriatric. AC is on but not too cold. Sad part is i complained to them and i hear crickets, ridiculous for the price you pay. This is obviously mamgement issue. They need to replace these beds, at the least the pillow. Even a $5 pillow from.Walmart you can get 3 pillows for the price people pay. You should be ashamed of yourself collecting money for the service and facility you provide. A third world.country has better facility than this.
