Breakfast was great! Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was new and clean. Only complaint is the pool was not in working order and had some very disappointed kids and the parking lights were so bright the curtains didn’t totally black them out.

Everything was good except for the room A/C. It did not work properly and we couldn't rest well. Stay away from room # 214 pleade

Staff was polite. One of the lady's doing breakfast was very nice and personable! I come to Durango about once a year, i will definitely stay again

We only stayed one night, but the staff was very accommodating when we asked to check in early. I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness, so I can honestly say I was impressed with how clean our room and the property was. As for the breakfast, we had no complaints!

Nice place to stay, however made reservations for 4 adults and 1 child called spoke to Expedia customer service a to change to 2 adults only wanted king bed was told it was all taken care of but when we showed up nothing had been changed. Plus pool was not working. Also was asked if we would like our room cleaned we said yes but no one showed up. Breakfast was great good verity of items the food employees were very accommodating

Clean! Comfy beds, bedding and towels. Good quality soaps and body wash. Close to river walking trail. Ample breakfast choices (though limited on gluten free items). There is a fair volume of traffic noise. Easy access location.

We've stayed at this hotel the last 3 times we went to Durango. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. We will always be back!

The queen suite is very spacious. The hotel is pretty quiet and not much road noise. There is a nice little walk to the river. Restaurants aren’t very close so need to drive for that. The room is lacking in lighting. The bedroom area is very dim.
