Old world charm and excellent service with everything on your doorstep...and the rooftop terrace was an added bonus .

I was very disappointed and will not stay here again. This was my 7th time in Florence. I know it very well. I chose the hotel because of the rooftop terrace and because it is close to the duomo. I did not know about the rules regarding the terrace with the duomo view and the bar mgr rudely asked me to leave. Told me to leave. I was upset and said no. He was angry because I had brought two Coke zeros that I’d purchased in reception. He has a $10 minimum and if I had known I had to buy them there I would have. Instead he was mean and scary. I never went up there again. Lorenzo at the front desk is outstanding.

The room with the Duomo view was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have ask for a better view of the Duomo

Great location steps from the duomo and a short walk to many attractions. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Amazing rooftop balcony with an amazing view of the city center.

Very convenient to a lot of sights..view from my room..breakfast was good for a light Italian breakfast

Very safe, clean, and convenient place to stay. Our entire group enjoyed our stay; we would absolutely stay here again. My only suggestion for guests would be to learn how to use bidet because they run low on TP. 😂

Very small space, very small! But ok for a couple of nights in the heart of Florence for one person. I didn’t like that check in was on 4th floor - nothing stopping anyone from coming in. And a lot of people stopping in entrance when it rained. Check in and staff were always friendly. Itty bitty lift but it did the job. You are going to hear the noise (the church bells!) but that’s part of being in Firenze! Great location close to all of the highlights plus restaurants and a great gelato place across the alley.

Posted 8 Oct 2023 on HotelsGreat location, great view from room. Great view from rooftop bar, a little expensive for drinks up there. Decent breakfast you can eat on the rooftop in the morning. Friendly staff, good price for the area. Nothing fancy it’s old but nice.
