Very close to I-95 & A short drive to the Music Venue.

Cheap remodel, looks nothing like the pictures online. Stains all over the walls, sheets were stained. Felt very humid and smelled musty in the room. AC made a dreadful banging noise all night. Left after our first night to stay somewhere else and ate the $150 for the second night.

The pretend fried eggs weren’t desirable but the rest of breakfast was more than adequate

The day before our stay I experienced an intense medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital where I remained for 6 days. I informed the Country Inn and Suites in Dunn of this immediately. I understand there are “policies” on cancellations, however I had no choice in this matter. Expedia reached out to them immediately also and tried to work out even a partial refund (Total stay was $697.00). They absolutely refused to consider either a refund or credit for a future stay. Even taking into account their policy I felt this was not only wrong but heartless. I would never consider booking a reservation in this, or any property associated with them, again. This was totally unacceptable and being it was Memorial Day weekend I’m sure they had no trouble renting the room. I would not recommend this greedy uncaring hotel to anyone EVER.

It was a good stay, Concierge was mindful and helped us with the crib although the night was very busy and it was one person attending entire hotel. Nice and peaceful stay.

Clean and reasonably priced hotel. Everything worked fine. Breakfast was "so-so" but not worse than other similar chains. Staff was pleasant.
