Best Hotel in Dunkerque (Dunkirk)

New Hotel, just 3-4 minutes walking distance from station and so is the bus station. Very clean, nice breakfast, great location. Staff is extremely excellent.

It is such a beautiful hotel that is so convenient to everything including train/ bus stations.. Absolutely one of the best breakfast offered hotels. Fabulous views from hotel and really friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and personable. The hotel is in walking distance of retail areas, sights and eateries. The room was great. We were lucky to have a beautiful view over the harbour. That was particularly pretty at night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a window also overlooking the harbour which was lovely because quite often I find window-less hotel bathrooms a bit difficult to use after a shower has steamed them up. Opening the window was definitely a helpful feature! The breakfast offering was good and clearly labelled. My 5 year old enjoyed their pancakes, cereal and toast and My husband is vegan and was also happy with the options available to him. I was particularly happy to see the freshly squeezed orange juice and a working toaster(we all have been at hotels with those toasters that either barely warm up the bread or outright burn the toast to a pulp - well fear not, their toaster at this hotel is easy to set to the right setting and makes great toast!) I liked that they had almond milk available. We used their secure parking which was great. You can access it via the lift which makes it easy to take luggage straight to your room. The staff were very helpful when our 5 year old accidentally locked his tablet in the room safe and the hotel quickly helped get it back! :) I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)

Very French!

Hotel itself is very new, clean and comfortable! Staff are rude!! When trying to check in and find out where I park, the person checking me in took a call and proceeded to chat to someone until I exclaimed “are you going to be long?”, I apologised for my abrupt nature and lack the of French speaking and was told I could speak better English!! I am ENGLISH!! Staff generally were abrupt, rude and clearly not fans of us brits. Hotel is nice and American diner next door is excellent!!
