I was given an easy access room which had an emergency pull cord in the middle of the room. I can understand why but I secured it behind the head board in case I pulled in error. Also, the toilet roll holder is situated far too low. The toilet seat is high as the room is designed for disabled access but to use the toilet roll involved leaning too far over to the left. Reception staff (Sarah) was excellent passing on relevant information for my visit to Dundee.

Friendly staff.Nice breakfast. The wifi could not be fixed automatically. There was a need to get to the reception if I really needed it at 23.30. Nonetheless nice stay!

The gentleman that booked me into the hotel was very welcoming and professional.
I have to say it was the easiest checking in that I have ever done.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is extremely well situated for exploring Dundee.

Room was clean and comfortable. Dove products in bathroom were appreciated, Room overlooked the front of the hotel which I was initially concerned about as the traffic was very noisy. However, I slept like a log and was not aware of the road. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of cereals, fruit and yogurt, cooked breakfast, pastries and toast. Staff helpful and professional. Parking (council owned), not expensive and just behind the hotel, access on second floor. Cathedral and museums really interesting with the hotel central to key sights.

The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and had everything you would need.
