The furniture and carpet were stained. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but obviously had been a smoking allowed previously based on the pungent smell inside the room. Plus, I am allergic and it triggered my allergies immensely. The bathroom was dingy and had no soap available.

At check in, the desk agent said “hopefully you can get the tv to work, I tried and couldn’t get it to work for the last guest” we did figure it out, but the floor was dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the electrical outlets sparked when we plugged in our charger. After a 1/2 hr of waiting, we got into a nearby room with a working toilet. The tv didn’t work and we had to mess with the cables in the back. The room spelled like a mix of marijuana and cat pee. We had to open the windows to get relief. It was dingy and musty and very dated. So sad! We couldn’t wait to get out of there- we just felt gross!

We had a Family suite so it was very spacious, but the room looked a Little worn down. Carpet needed to be cleaned, chairs in the room were stained, and the toilet had a hard time flushing
