Since our room is located on the 3rd floor.. the elevator is important but it is not working. we called the attention of the staff but there is no action.. he replied ok mam thank you. but the room is comfortable and the location is perfect for my appointment in DFA Robinsons. the food is good as well and the staffs are polite. if given a chance i would love to stay in casa rubin again.

Amazing and awesome! I recommend staying here just for the rooms and/or the restaurant; both are an incredible value on there own.

The hotel is located next to a call center and a house with rooster fighters. All night long very loud bells and chimes can be heard from the call center. These noises cause the roosters to make loud sounds all night. I got no sleep my entire stay. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Worst hotel stay ever.

Property was clean, pretty centrally located. Simple room. Small fridge. In room safe. Ok breakfast. Great deal for the money !!

Location was great. making was excellent. service was so good and the staff was so friendly.I will definitely stay here again.
