1.The mini fridge had an old, dried spill of something that hadn't been cleaned. I had to clean the mini fridge before I used it.
2. The shower and bathroom were so dirty that my wife was very upset. I had to clean them before she felt comfortable enough to use the bathroom. There was long, black hair dried onto the shower walls.There was medium length blonde hair and a barrette with blonde hair on the floor under the sink. There was black and blonde pubic hair on the floor by the toilet.

Upon arrival the first light we turned on was burnt out, window shades did not work and when we asked the staff about it they knew the room before asking for it . Tells me that staff knew the shades didn't work and failed to fix before renting the room. Smoke alarm went off three times??? I will not be back.

There was a track team there and the boys were very loud by the elevator. It only got quiet at 11pm. The breakfast bar was okay but a lot of the food was cold or gone because of the track team.

Staff is great. Nice rooms. Good shower, and the bed was like a cloud. In my former job i slept in a ton of hotels. And the bed is everything!
