The room wasn't ready when we got there even though it was after 3:00. There was only one housekeeper.
The coffee was cold in the morning until staff was reminded to bring out a fresh pot

The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 star is because the beds were a little uncomfortable and the card reader on the door was finicky

All good at the hotel except when we asked the front desk attendant for two additional pillows she said she would deliver to our room and didn’t.

I liked how clean the lobby and room looked and smells. And the breakfast lady was very nice, breakfast wasn't bad either

We stayed overnight for a last minute get away. The room was pretty standard, nothing fancy. The breakfast was OK, there was a tiny dining area though so we had to take it back to our room. When we went to take a shower in the morning, there was no hot water. I let the front desk know about it and nothing was done about it.
