Great location and Exceptional front desk clerks

The location of the hotel is excellent just steps from the beach in Lapad. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and knowledgeable. On September 22, 2023, which was our first night, the front desk clerk, for which we can’t remember her name, was exceptional and went out of her way to help us. It was her last day and last hour working as she was going back to university. She helped us get an Uber ride to take us to the marina. She was truly lovely and kind up to the last minute she worked. This is very telling of what a wonderful character she has. We spent two separate nights here a week apart. The first night we had a hotel room that was smaller and the bathroom was teensy tiny. The second night we spent there a week later, we had a much bigger room and a much bigger bathroom. Both had balconies with great views.

Not good for people with disability

Hotel did not have any elevator. My wife has disability and had to walk three floors.
