The hosts are really sweet old couple that doesn't speak english but welcomes you like its your home.
The room was clean, with an AC that works, with a balcony that offered good view of the town and walkable distance to public transportation. They even offer a private parking space (which is very rare in Dubrovnik area). They just did not have any body soap or shampoo in the bathroom so that's the only negative. The rental is operated by a third party (Direct Booker) but they are very good at communication.

The view was great. Very nice hosts. 10 min walk to the beach. Good wifi and AC. Very nice hosts. Beautiful garden.

Perfect place for a relaxed vacation. We felt at house and had everything we needed. Sweet host in a beautiful and clean place, close to everything! Definitely raccomended!
